Postdoctoral Researcher

I am currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Digital Urban Living group of the Department of Information and Media Studies, Aarhus University, Denmark

Teaching

I completed my PhD at the Department of Information Systems in 2009. Prior to this I was also a coordinator for the Bachelor of Information System’s final year subject Industrial project. I also served as the lecturer and mentor for this subject.

Previous teaching with the department included Multimedia & Communications and Information Systems in the Organization.

Whilst at Aarhus University, I have taught a graduate-level subject Urban Interactions, and undergraduate subject Design Methods and Processes.

Research

The projects I have been involved with since arriving in Denmark mid 2009 has been the Klimatrends (Climate Trends), which focused upon engaging ways of mobile interactions with news and societal issues.

I work primarily with qualitative methods, and in particular designing tools to get at the fuzzy aspects of experience.
