I have been involved in the following research projects within the University:

I have designed and conducted usability evaluations for:

• Telstra in 1999-2000 (with my then Swinburne colleagues Dr. Lorraine Johnston & Mr. John Craik);
• BHP in Melbourne in 2000 (with my then Swinburne colleagues Mr. Glenn Elliot & Ms. Jennifer Crawford).

• Managed the development of a Web learning resource template for School of Information Technology, Swinburne University Web site;
• Designed and implemented the 2000 Open Day site for School of Information Technology, Swinburne University;
• Designed, developed and implemented three computer-based learning applications into Human-Computer Interaction curriculum at Temasek Polytechnic in Singapore 1996-8.
