Research Interests
I completed my PhD early in 2008 in the area of Knowledge Management and developed a model that explains the different supportive networks that enable and facilitate knowledge sharing in organisational teams. Since then my research is focused on knowledge strategy, social networks, knowledge sharing and the transfer of knowledge within and between organisational teams. I am also interested in knowledge codification and reuse and ways in which information and knowledge is classified and content managed to support knowledge flows in teams. My interested also includes Communities of Practice and the modeling and design of system that support all of the knowledge management activities. At the moment i am doing interesting research with a variety of colleagues and students from all over the world in areas such as virtual teams, change management, organisational learning, knowledge security and confidentiality and information modeling.

PhD (Dec 2008) A model to explain effective and efficient knowledge sharing in workgroups in complex organisational settings.
